Embedded control
A robotic vehicle controlled over Wi-Fi, pairing an STM32 for real-time motor and sensor control with an ESP32 handling wireless communication. It supports both a manual remote-drive mode and an autonomous navigation mode, showcasing tight coupling between a wireless link and an embedded control loop.

Lead: firmware, PCB and integration
An end-to-end fleet telematics system built on a custom STM32F427 board. The device reads GPS position and MPU6050 motion data in real time, detects accidents and rollovers, and streams everything over a SIM800L GSM link to a web dashboard. A full power subsystem handles automatic switching between the vehicle battery and an onboard backup, with charging and protection circuitry, so the unit stays online even if main power is cut.

Control systems
An automated bottle-filling station governed by closed-loop feedback. Flow sensors meter each pour, a keypad and display provide the operator interface, and the control logic drives the pump to hit target volumes reliably: a compact demonstration of industrial process automation.

Power electronics
A bidirectional buck/boost converter driven by STM32-generated PWM. I implemented the control firmware, then tested and tuned the converter across operating points, measuring regulation, ripple, and efficiency to validate the design under real load.

What robotic systems have you built?
A Wi-Fi controlled autonomous vehicle pairing an STM32 for real-time motor and sensor control with an ESP32 for the wireless link, with manual and autonomous navigation modes; a fleet tracker fusing GPS and an MPU6050 IMU for accident and rollover detection; and a feedback-controlled industrial filling system.
Do you handle the electronics and power as well as the control firmware?
Yes, custom PCB design, motor driver stages, battery monitoring, automatic main/backup power switching, and a buck/boost converter with STM32-generated PWM control that I designed, tuned and measured on the bench.
Can you build a robot prototype for a hobby project or a research group?
Yes. I take freelance robot builds of any size, from a hobby rover to a research platform, and open to remote and on-site roles worldwide for robotics and embedded-control teams.
How do you approach autonomous navigation on a microcontroller?
Deterministic real-time loops: interrupt-driven sensor reads, a fixed-rate control loop, PWM to the drivers, and the wireless link kept on a separate core or MCU so a dropped packet never stalls the control loop.
